How GiftMart enquiries work

GiftMart.sg helps businesses enquire about promotional and corporate gifts. Add products and quantities to your enquiry list or contact us with your requirements. Submitting an enquiry requests a quotation and does not place a confirmed order.

Prices, availability and payment

Products shown as price on enquiry require a quotation. Any SGD 0.00 amount displayed during enquiry checkout is a placeholder, not a sale price or an offer of free goods. No payment is collected when you submit an enquiry.

Our team will confirm the product specification, availability, quantity requirements, pricing, customisation, delivery and payment arrangements separately. An acknowledgement or reference number confirms receipt of your enquiry only.

Artwork and delivery requirements

Please tell us your requested quantity, budget, delivery date and branding requirements. Customisation methods and lead times depend on the selected item and are subject to confirmation. Send artwork for review before approving production.

Confirmed orders

If you choose to proceed with a quotation, the confirmed purchase will follow the terms provided and agreed with our team. Contact us promptly if you need to change or withdraw an enquiry or discuss a confirmed order.
