Enquiries and confirmed orders

GiftMart.sg is an enquiry-only website. Submitting the contact form or enquiry checkout requests a quotation; it does not place a confirmed order and no payment is collected at this stage. Any SGD 0.00 amount is an enquiry placeholder, not a product price or an offer of free goods.

An acknowledgement or enquiry reference confirms receipt of your request only. Our team will confirm pricing, availability, customisation, delivery and payment arrangements separately.

Changing or withdrawing an enquiry

Contact contact@giftmart.sg and quote your enquiry reference to update or withdraw your request before an order is confirmed. As no payment is collected for an enquiry, there is no enquiry payment to refund.

Confirmed purchases

For purchases subsequently confirmed with our team, please refer to the return, cancellation and refund terms provided with your quotation or order confirmation. Contact us before returning any goods so we can review the issue and advise the next steps. This enquiry policy does not replace rights that apply under law.
