Minimum order: 50 pieces per product.

A foldable duffle for event and campaign packs

The Lightweight Foldable Duffle Bag combines a fold-away design with a trolley-handle slot for travel-related promotions, participant packs and corporate giveaways. The listed material is Football Nylon, with open measurements of 43.5 (L) × 34.5 (H) × 17.5 (W) cm. The photographs show top carry handles, a zipped opening and a front zipped pocket.

Check the pack before the campaign rollout

Use the open measurements to shortlist your proposed contents, then check a current sample with the items to be distributed. Ask for the folded dimensions, empty weight, usable capacity, recommended load and current fabric composition and care instructions. Check the trolley slot against the intended luggage handle; this is not confirmation of airline baggage acceptance or a tested load rating.

The photographs show blue, black and navy examples. Confirm current colours, pocket layout, included accessories and individual packing for the supplied version before approving quantities. Ask for a packed sample if the bag will be issued together with other campaign items.

Artwork and event distribution

Share your logo or campaign artwork for review of the suitable decoration method, position and usable area. Check visibility with the bag open and folded, keeping artwork clear of seams, zips and fold lines. Request a proof and, where needed, a decorated sample before the main order.

For events with several sessions or collection points, specify quantities by colour, participant group and distribution location. Include any insert cards, accompanying items, labels and packing sequence in the quotation request.
